Information may be out of date
We do our best to keep listings accurate, but specials, times, prices and events change — often without notice. Listings are provided for general information only and are not a promise or offer from us or from the venue. Please confirm with the venue before you go. We aren’t responsible for decisions you make based on what you read here.
Adults and alcohol
Many listings involve bars and alcohol. The site is intended for adults of legal drinking age (21 or over in the United States). Please drink responsibly and don’t drive after drinking.
We aren’t the venues
What’s Kraken is independent. We aren’t affiliated with, endorsed by or responsible for the venues and organizers we list, or for their websites and social pages we link to. Venue names, logos and descriptions belong to their owners and are shown only to tell you what’s on.
Using the site fairly
- Don’t overload, disrupt or try to break into the site, and don’t use automated tools in a way that strains it. We rate-limit and may block abusive traffic.
- Anything you send us (reports, notes, feedback) may be used to improve the site without payment or credit to you.
- Reports and notes you send must be honest and free of unlawful, abusive or personal content. We may ignore or delete any submission.
Our content
The What’s Kraken name, logo and the way the site is put together belong to us. Please don’t copy them or present the site as yours.
No warranty and limits on liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from relying on a listing.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the update. Questions? Contact details will be added before launch.
